What the app does

• Creates books from photos in your library or taken with the app's camera, or from a PDF file.
• Shows the book as a slideshow: one page at a time, using as much of the screen as possible, with a sideways swipe to turn the page. The controls stay hidden until you tap the screen.
• In landscape, the image stretches to the sides and lets you scroll vertically. Photos with a description show a translucent footer with the text.
• Reorders pages in a list (with thumbnails) and deletes the ones you do not want.
• Groups books into collections, with a name, description, tags and a cover of their own, and pins books and collections to Highlights.
• Searches by title, description and tags.
• Exports all books to a .mybooks file, to keep or take to another device, and imports those files. Importing never replaces a book that already exists.
• Optional lock with Face ID, Touch ID or the device's biometrics and passcode.
• On iPhone, iPad and Mac, books sync across your devices through your iCloud. No account, no ads and no tracking.

How it works

1. Create a book with photos or a PDF, give it a title and pick the cover.
2. Tap the cover to open the book straight into the slideshow.
3. Flip through with a sideways swipe and tap the screen to see the controls.
