How do I back up my recipes?

Go to Settings > Recipes and backup > Export all recipes. The app saves a .livro file with all your recipes, photos and favorites. Keep it wherever you prefer (iCloud Drive, e-mail, a computer).

How do I move recipes from iPhone to Android (or the other way)?

Export the .livro on one device and, on the other, use Settings > Import recipes (or open the file from the Files app or from e-mail). A single recipe can also be sent from the recipe's menu.

iCloud sync does not work.

Check that the device has an active iCloud account and that sync is on in Settings > iCloud. The change takes effect the next time the app opens. Sync exists only on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

On Android, the notice says the automatic copy did not fit.

Google keeps up to 25 MB per app. With many photos the copy can go past that; export a .livro backup from time to time. Settings shows the current size and the date of the last backup.

My recipes disappeared after changing devices.

Restore from the iCloud backup (iPhone, iPad and Mac), from the Google backup (Android) or import your .livro file.

Can I trust the allergen notice?

It is only a suggestion based on the ingredient names. Always check the labels and where the products come from.
